Got toddlers? Got teens? Love coffee and conversation?

Join Christian Moms Fellowship—a group for moms with hearts for learning and growing in fellowship with other moms of all denominations and occupations.

Christian Moms Fellowship is an inter-denominational, Christian-based group of mothers interested in nurturing our souls and supporting each other on our parenting journeys. The group runs two sessions each year. Fall semester runs September through December and Spring semester runs January through May. Each semester, participants select from multiple study choices covering a wide range of topics such as parenting, marriage, spiritual growth, wellness and Bible study. All studies include reading assignments for discussion, as well as prayer and some type of check-in to get to know each other.

Groups strive to:

• Share and encourage others to participate

• Respect diverse opinions

• Maintain confidentiality

• Pray for each other

• Make attendance a priority and invite others

Our Mission

• Deepen our personal relationships with Christ

• Form a support network of Christian moms

Spring Study Options:

Book Study Option 1 - Mom Set Free by Jeannie Cunnion

In Mom Set Free, Jeannie Cunnion reveals how the Good News of the Gospel empowers us to live—and parent—in the freedom for which Christ has set us free.

Jeannie invites us to journey alongside her as we learn to:
* Lay down what God has not asked us to carry so we can thrive in what He has.
* Embrace our significance in our children’s lives in light of God’s sovereignty.
* Trust God with the children He has entrusted to us.
* Receive God’s grace so we can reflect God’s heart to our kids.

It’s time to breathe deeper, walk lighter, and reclaim the wonder and adventure of parenting.

Led by Amy Karlstad & Karen Meyer

Book Study Option 2 - Braving the Wilderness: The Quest for True Belonging and the Courage to Stand Alone  by Brene Brown

Social scientist Brené Brown, PhD, LMSW, has sparked a global conversation about the experiences that bring meaning to our lives—experiences of courage, vulnerability, love, belonging, shame, and empathy. In Braving the Wilderness, Brown redefines what it means to truly belong in an age of increased polarization.
