Your Trinity Congregational Council has appointed the Call Committee for the Lead Pastor position at Trinity. The following members
have agreed to serve on the Call Committee. We thank them for their faithful commitment to the process of identifying Trinity’s next Lead Pastor. Call Committee Team: Team members are Jenn Swenson (Chair), Lisa Bien-Sinz, Bob Boyd, Gary Cross, Annika Gossai, Britta Levenhagen, Zach Michalk, Diane Sauers and Michael Switzer. (See below). Please keep them in your prayers as they begin their important work.
The Call Committee's Work is Underway!
The Call Committee continues to make progress in our search for our next lead pastor. The Call Committee is using a comprehensive approach as we connect with candidates. In addition to the interviews, the Committee is taking time to thoughtfully assess each candidate’s talents, gifts, experience, leadership style, and ministry strengths to determine how they may best serve our congregation as lead pastor.
The Committee remains in
consistent contact with Deacon Krista Lind, who continues to provide guidance
and support throughout the candidate review and interview process.
We are grateful for the
congregation’s continued prayers and support as we discern the candidate who is
the best fit to serve Trinity and lead us into the future.
